For those who prefer directions, here is how to get to our track.
From Rochester (heavyweight transporters – tall or large vehicles):
Take Route 31 East into Palmyra. Stay on 31 East until you are outside the village of Palmyra. Proceed on Route 31, past Galloway Road (which has a 5 ton weight limit on its’ bridge). Stay on Route 31 to Port Gibson Road. Turn left on Port Gibson Road. When you reach Hogback Hill Road (an intersection with a stop sign), turn left. The track is 1.1 miles down the road on your right. If you get to Galloway Road, you’ve gone too far.
From Rochester (smaller vehicles and spectators):
Take Route 31 East into Palmyra. Follow 31 until 21 splits with 31. At the light across from Breen’s IGA, make a left on Route 21 North. Follow 21 for 0.6 miles, then make a right on North Creek Road. Follow North Creek for 1.6 miles. When it splits, bear to the right and continue South Creek Road. Make a right on Vault Road when South Creek ends. Then, make a left on Hogback Hill Road. Follow Hogback Hill Road until you arrive at the track, which is just past Vault Road.
From the NYS Thruway East (from Buffalo and points west):
Exit the Thruway at exit 43. Follow signs for NY 21 North. Take NY 21 North into the village of Palmyra. At the intersection with NY 31, make a right on NY 31 east. Then follow directions from Rochester, taking into account vehicle size (see above).
From the NYS Thruway West (from Syracuse and points east):
Exit the Thruway at exit 42. After the exit, follow the signs for NY 96 North. Take NY 96 North to the intersection with NY 88 in the village of Phelps. Turn right on NY 88 north, continuing into the village of Newark. In the village of Newark, turn left on to NY31 West. Follow NY 31 west towards Palmyra. Once you reach Port Gibson Road, turn right. When you reach Hogback Hill Road (an intersection with a stop sign), turn left. The track is 1.1 miles down the road on your right. If you get to Galloway Road, you’ve gone too far.
