PRA Facilities

Palmyra Racing Association is well established with almost 40 years of history. The club sits on 75 acres known as Hogback Hill, and has three courses. The biggest is a 35 acre 3 mile motocross track with its own underground watering system. The track has 14 jumps that range from 20 to 110 feet and include doubles, triples and plenty of table tops. We are always modifying and changing the track to keep it interesting for our members!

The second course is a smaller pee wee course with smaller jumps and is all new this year. For safety reasons, we feel it is important for our youngest members to have a place of their own to practice and learn on obstacles that best fit their size and skill level before graduating to the "big track".

Third is our hare scramble course and all the trails that surround it. Almost half of our property is wooded with challenging hills and areas that almost never dry out. You will find enduro, woods and trials riders out there at any time.

Beside riding and racing, we are also proud of our covered spectator pavilion, modern restroom facilities and recently enlarged pond that we draw from for our underground track watering system. All of this in a beautiful, scenic location just minutes from Rochester, New York!

Although we are a private club we are members of the Western New York Motocross Association and host 6 events a year that are open to the public.

Track Rules

A) No one is allowed to ride unsupervised.  The time you crash hard will be the time you are alone.

B) Riders must wear a helmet, boots, and goggles.

C) No one is allowed to ride the track three days before a race at the track.  The dozer will be out there and the operator can't see you.

D) No unauthorized riders.  That means your friend can't take a lap on your new bike if he is not a member.

E) Remember the PRA golden rule - Always have fun!

Please note that the track will be shut down for the entire week before races from now on.
